Shipping & Returns


We can ship to the UK and Europe.   Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship your item next working day when possible, basic UK mail or international mail, unless a shipping upgrade has been selected in the shopping cart. Sometimes shipping may be at a slightly later date.

Shipping Rates

UK shipping is for basic 2nd class Royal Mail or courier and charged at £1.50 for orders under £10 & free above that amount.   UK customers will be given an option to upgrade to 1st class Royal Mail or equivalent at a cost of £2.50.  You can upgrade by selecting the "Estimate Shipping" in the shopping cart and choosing an alternative option, before continuing to checkout.

International order will have a fixed shipping rates that will be added onto your order in the checkout.  You will be able to check the cost first by choosing the "Estimate Shipping" option in the cart, before continuing to checkout.

Any import duties and taxes imposed on orders are paid directly by the customer to their appropriate authority.  Tibetan Dawn takes no responsibility for these international charges and does not refund them in any circumstances.

Email us and provide us with the customer information.  Please tell us when you send the product back - which size and colour you wish to receive in exchange.  Free shipping is only allowed on posting of the original order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible provide us with the tracking number. We'll also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Tibetan Dawn suggests that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from your delivery service, as it is easier to follow the return shipment if needed.  Returned goods not received byTibetan Dawn will not be awarded a refund, you will need to contact your shipping agency for compensation of lost item.

Returning an International  Package

Please mark the parcel 'Returned Goods', to avoid custom charges, as Tibetan Dawn is not responsible for any return custom charges made.    Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the  customer.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you receive notice that the item has been damaged by transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not collected at your post office within 14 days, Tibetan Dawn reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return shipping and freight companies administration costs.
