Meadows Organic French Lavender comes from the Province region of France and is considered a high altitude type. Cultivated from the flower. It can be used for a variety of skin care uses and is soothing, relaxing, balancing, uplifting and a powerful natural antiseptic. Lavender is renowned for its many fortifying, strengthening and well being properties and is considered one of the most versatile essential oils. In fact, if in doubt use Lavender It blends very well with Eucalyptus, Black Pepper, Chamomile and all Citrus oils. As Lavender is one of the few oils that can be applied directly to skin (with caution) it can be used directly (on spots) or added to a massage oil base or a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond.
